Intelligent Document Sending to Docman Hub.

The new Data Detect feature is a document content recognition platform, providing you with an intelligent way to send patient correspondence to external organisations.

Data Detect reduces the time and typing demand when capturing the document, enabling an organisation to reduce administration tasks and redeploy resources elsewhere.

Data Detect extracts data using a combination of labels and patterns. Labels capture the fact that, for example, patient names often follow the text ‘Patient’ or ‘Regarding’. Patterns help match NHS Numbers and dates, which are highly structured.

Possible matches are written in blue text. A traffic light represents certainty. Data Detect will present its best guess first and alternatives will be presented to you in a drop-down box, allowing you to double check and choose the most appropriate option.

Use Document Capture on any Machine.

Wherever you choose to use Document Capture, you will have access to your configuration and sent document history on any machine, making it easy to pick up from where you left off.

For Single Machines or Hundreds of Users.

Quickly deployed using Microsoft’s ClickOnce technology via email invitations, Document Capture can be very easily distributed and is self-updating as and when required. For sizeable installations, Document Capture is compatible with common deployment software used by your organisation, for example, Active Directory.
