This document outlines new features, changes and bug fixes for Docman Hub Version 800850.
All patch information is to be found in its own section following the main version release information. In the past, it was inserted into the main release information, this has changed to make the document easier to review.
Important update containing the new Report Runner providing the ability to run detailed reports on the Hub Server and a few changes and bug fixes to other areas.

Run Detailed Reports on the Server. Report Runner has been added to the Hub, see additional User Guide for details. |

Running Totals at the Top of all the Pages on the Hub. A change has been made to all the pages on the Hub, where the running total is now displayed at the top of each page. For example: ‘1 – 30 of 67’. |

New Statistic on Hub Console Home Page. The Hub Console home page now displays a count of the documents relayed but not delivered. |

|
Changes to End Point List. A couple of changes have been made to the End Point List where we have now displayed additional fields, these include: Email address, Date last collected and the ability to export all items to CSV has been added. |

Changes to Document Source List. A couple of changes have been made to the Document Source List, where we have now displayed additional fields. These fields include: Alert email and Total Docs (displaying the total number of documents submitted). Search facilities and the ability to export all items (or items specified by a user-defined filter) to CSV have also been added. |

Changes to User List. A couple of changes have been made to the User List where we have now displayed an additional Email field, Search facilities have been added and we have also added the ability to export all items to CSV. |

Changes to Document List. A few changes have been made to the Document List where a new Contributor field has been added, a Rejected Count field that will tell you how many times a document has been rejected. A ‘Show Archived’ checkbox has been added to the search filter and the ability to resend or delete waiting or rejected documents by selecting the checkbox next to the item and pressing ‘Resend Selected’ or ‘Delete Selected’. It is worth noting however, that resending a ‘waiting’ document will only set the status back to ‘waiting’. |

Add Report Summary to End Point Activity. A change has been made in the End Point Activity, where tooltips have now been added to the column headings to explain what they mean. |

Add Report Summary to Source Activity. A change has been made in the Source Activity, where tooltips have now been added to the column headings to explain what they mean. |

Search on Patient ID. A change has been made in the Documents List where Patient ID, NHS Number and Patient Name have now been added to the search criteria. |

Add More Data to Main Menu. Additions have been made to the data on the Main Menu where the Summary now shows transmissions for various self-explanatory time ranges. |

|
Flag or Remove Archived Items. A change has been made to the search filtering where by default documents are now filtered to not show Archived, there is a checkbox on the filter screen to show Archived only. |

Add a Comment when Re-sending a Document from the Hub. A change has been made to the Hub that now provides you with the ability to add a comment when ‘re-sending’ a document from the Hub. This will allow you to log and communicate why the document is being re-sent. The notes field now appears in an editable textbox on the document view screen. |

Flag if Recent Issues in which Archived Status have a Rejected Status. A change has been made to the Document List where by default it now excludes archived documents, however, there is a checkbox to show only archived, this can be combined with any of the other filters. |

Populate Notes Field. A change has been made to the document view screen where the notes field now appears in an editable textbox. Any notes made can be saved against the document. |

Reject Count. A change has been made to the document list. It is now possible to see a count of how many times a document has been rejected by an end point. |

Stop the Document Filter from Resetting after Sending a Document. An issue has been fixed where after filtering by document rejection reason and choosing the option to resend or delete a document, it invokes sending the document, however, the filter reset to an unfiltered view. This was time consuming when attempting to resend multiple documents and has now been resolved. |

|
Restricted EDT User Unable to Re-Send/Delete All from Rejected Screens. An issue has been fixed where only admin users were allowed to delete or reject documents. To overcome this, a new admin document source role has been added, which has all the same permissions as an admin but is document source restricted. |
|
|
Edit End Point - Warning Text. When editing an End Point, warning text at the bottom of the page states that "the NACS and Logical Address cannot be changed while the end point has waiting documents". This text would also appear when adding a new End Point (usually in a scenario where a new End Point was being added after an existing End Point had been edited). This has been changed so that the warning does not appear when adding a new End Point, as there will be no waiting documents for an End Point that is still being created. |
