Docman Hub 800850 Release Summary

Introduction

The release of Docman Hub 800850 brings you an important update containing the new Report Runner, providing the ability to run detailed reports on the Hub Server and some additional new and improved features to the Hub console, designed to enhance your document transfer experience.

Run Detailed Reports on the Server

Report Runner has been added to the Hub, meaning that when using Docman Hub, users will have the ability to run detailed reports on the Hub server.

Running Totals at the Top of all Pages

A change has been made to all the pages on the Hub, where the running total is now displayed at the top of each page. For example: ‘1 – 30 of 67’.

Flag or Remove Archived Items

A change has been made to the search filtering where by default documents are now filtered to not show Archived, there is a checkbox on the filter screen to show Archived only, this can be combined with any of the other filters.

Ability to Add a Comment when Re-sending a Document from the Hub


The ability to add a comment when re-sending a document from the Hub has now been provided. This will allow you to log and communicate why the document is being re-sent. The notes field now appears in an editable textbox on the document view screen.
